house extension
clontarf, dublin

This mid-terrace 1950’s house was extended to provide a new kitchen/living room together with a utility room and ground floor bathroom. A particular requirement of the brief was for an improved visual relationship with the garden and with the trees in St Anne’s Park to the rear. This was achieved by the provision of a glazed sliding door assembly which extends for the full width of the extension.

The rear garden is currently being renovated as part of a “follow-on” project.
